Destinee was our nanny for a year and a half for our 2 children ages 5 months and 3 (sometimes she watched my 1st grader, too, when we had virtual school Fridays). She was NEVER on her phone, was always doing crafts and singing or reading and took the kids outside every day. She's a wonderful communicator who send lots of pictures with updates. My kids adored her (she's a perfect blend of loving but she's firm on the rules) and she was great with our 2 big dogs, too. Destinee is absolutely fabulous and we were so thankful for her! Hire her, you won't regret it!
