About Diamanda

Hello! I am a college student studying Biology and hoping to become a scientist one day. I babysat in high school for a few different families regularly. I have also been an assistant teacher at a summer enrichment program focusing on science, the arts and gardening. My biggest strengths include homework, coming up with activities for children relating to learning, arts, crafts, etc. I love playing games and participating in outdoor activities with children. I speak a few foreign languages that I would be willing to teach children, although I'd charge a slightly higher rate in order to do so. I am also willing to pet sit or house sit, as I have experience with this as well and am comfortable with pets. I am passionate about learning and I would be open to homeschooling if I found the right family. In addition to all this, I am capable of cooking meals for children and willing to perform varied housekeeping duties. I do currently have a part-time job, and my availability schedule reflects that. If given a position or assignment that conflicts with those hours, I am very open to changing that schedule to accommodate yours or even dropping the other job for the right family. I am currently researching CPR and first aid training locations and programs, so I should be certified within the month.
