About Donna

I'm a retired mother of two looking for part time opportunity to help families and single mothers in need of a professional with successful experience in childcare. As a single mother, I have raised two beautiful, educated daughters who went on to be educators and corporate professionals. Over the years with them I have seen and done it all from cheering them on in basketball, soccer, track, and academic competitions to helping them navigate their adventures abroad with my extensive knowledge of Europe and the Americas. I would cherish the opportunity to apply the things I have learned as a parent, as well as my love of children to enrich the day to day experience for your child. I am a capable and experienced tutor with 22 years of experience in higher education, as well as worldly wisdom from my years as a flight attendant. Some skills I pride myself on include English grammar, effective communication practices, multifaceted study approaches, and fun learning techniques.
