About Donna

I am a Direct Support Professional, college educated with a clean driving record and have CPR. My experience with elder care started when my Mother had a stroke and developed Dementia. As her caretaker, I assisted with scheduling her Doctor appointments, shopping, doing errands, and housekeeping. I provided transportation, and trips to see her family out of state, vacations, and daily walks in the park. I learned so much about elder care by trial and error, and gained many skills necessary to work with the elderly. I have worked with autistic in adults as well, and have learned to respect and be patient with challenges. I am willing to prepare meals, and assist as needed in order to make the house run smoothly.
