I take pride in my work and enjoy taking care of the elderly just as if they were my parents. Donna is a compassionate, kind individual. She is especially warm and caring to seniors, and seniors are drawn to her. For example, there is an older lady whom I visit and assist sometimes. When she met, and experienced the kind and affectionate way Donna treated her, she said, "I don't say you aren't good, but Donna is my girl!" I have always said that Donna would make an exceptional nurse. I hope she pursues that path. Donna is committed to any job she undertakes, and puts her heart into whatever she commits to do. She works hard to make sure what she does is above average, and is pleasant and approachable even in tough situations.
