As a caregiver with two years of experience, my passion for caring for children stems from my previous babysitting roles and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on their lives. My calm and friendly demeanor creates a nurturing environment for the children in my care. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and honest dialogue. I provide verbal updates at pickup and always follow the parents' preferred method of communication to ensure they are well-informed about their child's day. With regards to household rules, I firmly believe in following the parents' lead and upholding the routines and expectations they have set for their children. This collaborative approach ensures consistency and a sense of security for the children. One of my favorite aspects of childcare is engaging in fun and educational activities with the children.
