About Eliana

My name is Eliana. I have 10 younger cousins who I grew up taking care of and being around. I've worked with various families children aged 1-13. I'd like to pursue a career in social work, specifically elementary school aged children within the foster care system! I'd describe my personality as kind, creative, trustworthy. My passion lies in working with children as I find it incredibly rewarding to see the world through their eyes. It is important to me to support and encourage their individuality and creativity, all while all being a dependable source of support :) In my spare time, I enjoy doing different kinds of art, whether it be painting/design. I'm a musician and sing alongside the worship team at my church. Lastly, I love spending time with family & being outside. My skills include excellent communication, problem solve well even in stressful situations, attentive/helpful to whatever the child may need or what the parents expect of me as a childcare provider.
