About Elizabeth

I'd describe my personality as approachable, positive, and energetic. I like working with kids because: I enjoy the fulfillment I experience as a result of helping kids navigate learning, creativity, social skills, and self-discipline. I'm looking for a job that: matches my passion for helping others. I grew up with a special needs family member and nannied special needs children. I received a graduate level education in child development/child psychology at TCU. My experience involves nannying and babysitting 3-5 children simultaneously, 4 months-12 years. I grew up babysitting, nannied for several years after college, and babysat for friends and acquaintances until moving recently. In my spare time I like to paint, play pickleball, read, and practice hot yoga. My skills include: ability to navigate tantrums, communicate effectively with a child regardless of age, empower children to reach their full potential, and I'm extremely organized.
