About Elizabeth

I'd describe my personality as patient, cheerful, and helpful. I like working with children because I love looking at the world through their eyes and seeing its wonders for the first time. I'm looking for a job that provides a happy stable family life for the children. I started working with kids 19 years ago when my son was born and became daycare certified and cared for children ages 6 mos to 13 years. In my spare time, I like to go hiking, biking, bird watching, ziplining, and exercise, to include P90X and Zumba. One thing you should know about me is that I love animals of all kinds. My skills include caring for babies through all their stages (sitting, crawling, walking, talking); helping toddlers recognize musical rhythms, numbers and letters; and helping pre-schoolers learn social skills, sight words, and fine motor skills.
