About Elizabeth

I am a retired veteran. I graduated nursing school in 1996. My specialized field of nursing was in the geriatric field. Although it has been years since I've worked in the field, there are things you just don't forget. I cared for individuals that required minimal assistance to full hands on care. I have several years experience assisting those with various degrees of dementia. I gave up my nursing career to follow my dream to serve in the armed forces. I understand the patience and tenderness needed to ensure the individual is being cared for with respect and dignity. I have pets and am a volunteer foster fur mama for one of the local non for profit animal rescue groups. Needless to say; I do love animals. As a former member of the armed services and a bit of a stickler for order; light housework, cooking, running errands, physical mobility and exercise assistance will be no issue.
