About Eliza

Some qualities I have are patience, responsibility and good communication. I am able to have patience when dealing with children during any circumstance. As a childcare worker, I am able to communicate effectively with both parents and children, making sure to provide updates on the child's day. I have always had a special heart for children. I started babysitting around the age of 15 and I have been working at an in home daycare center for the past two years. I will be turning 20 in March and shortly after I will be graduating with an associates degree. In the fall I will be attending Aurora University where I will obtain a bachelors in early childhood education. I have experience working with children from ages 3 months old to 6 years old. My commitment to providing care and support extends beyond just the basic responsibilities, as I strive to create lasting and meaningful connections with the families I work with. Lastly, I have reliable transportation with a clean driving record!
