Eliza worked for our family for almost a year and is the best nanny we have ever had! She is always attentive and patient and creative. She is open to feedback and instruction and is always honest and kind. I trusted her 100%, which is always hard to find for someone to watch your children! She really got to know our toddler and followed his lead on doing his favorite things, which involved playing outside all the time! I hope that whoever hires her really appreciates how amazing she is! She is one of a kind. I wish we could keep her forever but we ended up moving.
