About Ella

I'd describe my personality as warm-hearted, dependable and attentive. I like working with kids because they bring a lot of joy and creativity into their everyday and it is incredible to see their growth and be able to contribute to their development. As a college student studying human development and family studies, I find learned and seen how important these early developmental stages can be for children. Working with kids is an amazing opportunity where I have been able to witness them reaching different milestones while being able to help them overcome challenges. In my spare time, I like to get outside and partake in different activities such as hiking, skiing or just going for a walk along the Spring Creek trail. I also love to set aside time to be creative and do different projects such as drawing, painting and recently have been learning to crochet. My skills include patience, communication and adaptability
