About Ella

I'd describe my personality as Affectionate, Adaptable, Funny & Empathetic! I started working with kids when I was about 16, watching one of my family friends daughter a couple times a week for about a year. I have also helped out off and on in the nursery at our church when needed! In September 2023, I watched my 5-year-old cousin for 3-4 days a week up until April due to school! I loved watching her grow everyday & being able to teach her new things! In my spare time, I like to get outside! I love going on hikes with my family/friends, going swimming, or even just taking my dogs for a walk! I also love to go shopping with my friends! My skills include being patient, it's always best to have patience with children! Having good communication & being able to understand the child's needs & emotions! I can also be creative & engage children through activities, games or learning experiences!
