About Ella

I am a Jesus follower, a newlywed & a recent graduate from Liberty University with a degree in Psychology. My degree allowed me to learn a lot about child development which has been really helpful in understanding the kids I work with. I just completed >125 hour internship with childcare at my church in VA. I was a Kanakuk kamps (christian camp) counselor 3 summers in a row where I spent 24-7 with kids, taking care of them, entertaining them & teaching them about Jesus. I was a nanny or consistent babysitter for multiple families throughout high school & college & I love all aspects of the job! I'd describe my personality as caring, creative , energetic & joyful. I like working with kids because I love learning the different ways each child interprets the world around them! There is something so special about getting to know a child's personality! In my spare time, I like to read scripture, journal & spend time with my husband. I am also a big crafter & love a good project!
