About Elleya

I am an experienced professional that has a wide variety of experience caring for children and families. I strive to create a fun, empathetic, kind, and creative atmosphere where people can be themselves and learn along the way. On my journey to become a CHA certified horseback riding instructor and coach, I have worked at many facilities that specialize in providing outstanding, confidence building, educational, and memorable experiences while keeping safety as the number one priority. In my most recent position as office manager and instructor at a busy horseback riding school, I operated summer camp programs, riding lessons, riding clubs, events, working student program, and day to day operations. I developed my childcare skills with all ages of children and teens and got very comfortable creating fun while maintaining healthy boundaries.
