I'd describe my personality as responsible, fun, and caring. I like working with kids because everyday is different. It's fulfilling to have an impact on their day or lives. I'm looking for a job where I can provide fun and meaningful care everyday. Firstly safety is my number one priority. I want to help create structure. I appreciate opportunity for creativity and involvement. I seek to have lots of trust with the family. I started babysitting when I was 15. I was a nanny at 17. I spent days and nights with her 4 times a week and tutored her during the school years. I also have experience with special needs children. In my spare time, I love going on hikes or doing yoga as well as just being around my friends. My skills include patience, communication, and flexibility. I understand that children learn and grow at their own pace. I am able to communicate clearly and positively to both the children and parents. I can adapt to schedule changes and the needs of individual children.
