I love kids. I grew up smack dab in the middle of a family of 7. I have been baby-sitting for neighbors and families since I was 12. I am a grade 4 teacher. And before college graduation, I worked with clients with disabilities for 2 years. In the past I have helped run day camps for community organizations and churches. I was a clerk my community library. I've taught ESL to elementary students in Tanzania and Kenya. I feel really at home in this profession of working with kids. Working with children can have challenges, but it seems to be the most rewarding thing I've ever done.
