About Emerson

I'd describe my personality as gentle, patient, and creative. Whenever I meet a new family I always make it a goal to make their experience with me as enjoyable as possible. I will always do my best to leave a child with a smile and a craft to show their parents. I like working with kids because their joy is infectious. I love hearing a child's laughter during my time with them. I have set myself on a career path that centers around child development. The passion started at a daycare attached to my school, it was there that I found a passion for teaching as well as child care. In my spare time, I like to spend time outside and creating. I love to make clothing as well, sewing is one of my favorite hobbies, I find it has been quite handy in fixing things for people. I am an artist, working with paints, pencils, and anything else I can get my hands on. I very much enjoy painting outside, I use it as a reward after a long hike.
