I like working with kids because I have a big heart & I love helping people. I started working with children when I had my first daughter. Then I began nannying my cousins 2 young children FT. After that I have nannied for 2 different family's FT for a duration of 2 yr each approximately. I did have many other short term positions & before / after school care. Since then I now have 4 children ages 13yo, 10yo, 6yo & 18mo. In my spare time, I like to be outside. Walks and arts and crafts is a must daily.

Emily was absolutely wonderful with my two kiddos! I knew having a fellow parent come watch my kids would be a natural fit, but Emily stepped right in on arrival and engaged my older one with conversation and activities, and once the younger one woke up from nap, she was highly comforting as he cried to separate from me and I loved Emily's approach to taking him into a snuggle and busting out an activity right away to engage and distract him. They had so much fun with her! Emily was prompt and communicates so quickly. She's a joy to have!
