Emily worked for our family for an entire school year. August 2018 - May 2019. She picked up our 8 year old son from school aftercare, took him home and got him a snack, got him dressed for soccer practice and drove him to practice. She stayed at the field until one of us could arrive and relieve her. Emily also watched our 11 year old along with the 8 year old for the first week of summer vacation, taking them to the pool, the movies etc. She was flexible if we needed to change the schedule or have her pick up the older boy as well here and there. A few times we also used her for traditional babysitting on a weekend so we could attend an event. Emily is smart, kind, thoughtful and GREAT with kids. My son benefited from her help with his homework and she just knows how to motivate and speak to kids. We were so bummed she left Atlanta as we considered her an important part of our family that will be very difficult to replace.
