About Emily

Hello! I have been employed as a medical assistant for the past 2 years, absolutely loving it, working in both urgent care and prenatal care. However with my dreams of returning to school for the 2025 school year to further my employment in the medical field, I'm looking for part time work, (unavailable Tuesday's and mid days Thursdays)! I haven't had official care giving positions, however I have experience caring for friends and family's children and pets. Most importantly I have volunteered at a sleep away backpacking summer camp since 2019 with children elementary to high school age. I manage 10+ children for 8 days, teaching them personal and wilderness skills, instilling confidence, and building community and independence at the same time. I am very friendly, funny, and easy going while still focusing on values, rules and respect.
