About Emily

Hello! My name is Emily and I'm 23. I'm currently enrolled at Rowan college at Gloucester county and I'm majoring in criminal justice with a minor in sociology. I come from a very eclectic family where I've spent years learning and absorbing new ideas and hobbies. I've played piano, drums, guitar, bass, and I sing as well. I absolutely love English and I've taken film and creative writing classes. I'm also a huge history buff and I've taken world history electives all throughout college. I also love science and I've taken biology and forensic classes. I've been around kids my entire life and I love nothing more than watching a child learn and grow. I currently have 3+ years of experiencing both teaching and assisting in and outside of the classroom. I know how hard it is as a child to feel stuck, because I was tutored when I was young as well. Hopefully I can make whatever subject your child is struggling with fun and easy!
