Hi there! My name is Emily and I am a third grade teacher in Vermont! I have been teaching for five years. Prior to teaching in Vermont, I taught in Massachusetts for three years. I recently completed my masters in education this past May. Due to my teaching schedule, I have a lot of flexibility and availability in the summer months. I would love to work closely with a family in the summer either for childcare or tutoring. I have worked with an array of children including students with disabilities, English language learners, and students with trauma. I absolutely love what I do and want to continue my passion in the summer months!

My children love Emily! She was the first babysitter I hired to watch my kids after school and I was really nervous about it. But she was amazing. She babysat during her senior year of high school and my kids ask if she can babysit during every college break. She has been a huge help this summer when I've needed an extra hand. She's also the first sitter that I have let drive my kids. She is very patient and caring and I highly recommend her.
