With my patient and calm demeanor, I create a harmonious atmosphere where children feel comfortable expressing themselves. My creativity and imagination shine through as I engage children in various activities that foster their intellectual, emotional, and social development. Communication is key in building trust with parents. I provide written daily reports and ensure open verbal communication during pickup, or through the parents' preferred method of contact. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a consistent and structured environment for the children in my care.
