About Emily

I am a clinical social worker and art therapist specializing in working with children. My passion for childcare goes back to my time babysitting as a teen and into my early 20s, and even before, as I was "that kid" who always loved and connected with babies. I've managed an art and science program working with youth, ran a youth-focused non-profit, nannied for over five years, worked at various Montessori and alternative schools over the last 10 years, and currently host children for one-on-one art and play therapy sessions out of my office in Cold Spring, NY. I treat young people like real people. I am compassionate, light hearted, responsible, creative, and warm. It would be a pleasure to get to know your little one(s) and provide consistent care. My experience ranges from age 1 to teenagehood. I especially love working with babies, infants, and toddlers, although I am open to any/all ages.
