About Emily

I am 25 years old, I grew up in New York and New Jersey and have been caring for children for 10 years. Besides caring for the children in my own family, I have nannied for many families on both coasts and also volunteered as a teacher's assistant at an elementary school. I am CPR and first aid certified as well as have my commercial driver's license. I grew up with pets, have a dog of my own, and spend time working/volunteering with animals as well so I am very comfortable with pets. I have a performing arts history in theatre, voice, guitar, and piano as well as having 3 years of American Sign Language under my belt. I grew up playing sports and am still very active, I'm always outdoors! I taught improv classes at a studio in New Jersey as well as assisted with voice lessons! I can cook, bake, tutor, pet sit, and have many other skills that I can share and teach children that they'd be excited about! I've gotten the nickname "Mary Poppins" from previous families!! :)
