I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method, whether it's written daily reports or verbal communication during pickup. When it comes to household rules, I take my cues from the parents. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical games to technology-based games and apps. I believe in age-appropriate activities and cater to children aged 6 to 11, as well as those 12 and older.
