About Emme

I'm currently studying early childhood education at BYU, with plans of teaching kindergarten after graduation. Growing up as the oldest of four, and my brother having special needs, I have had a lot of experience with homework help, giving medications (if needed), and safety. I've been a frequent babysitter with many families for about five years now, with ages ranging from newborns to 11 years old, in addition to being a summer nanny for multiple families (including tasks such as: cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, activities). Feel free to ask me more about these positions! I have also volunteered with two pediatric speech therapy groups and am currently working with Giant Steps, an autism-focused preschool group. My passion for working with children and making a positive impact grows daily -- I especially love making meaningful connections with the families I work with!
