About Erica

Hello! My name is Erica, and I am excited about the opportunity to be part of your child's educational journey. With over 15 years of experience as a tutor and substitute teacher, I bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm. I have tutored students in reading, writing, and math, both in person and online, and served as a center director of educational programs in Pennsylvania before moving to Texas. I hold a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership, a master's degree in community development, and am currently pursuing a doctoral degree in educational leadership. My focus is on creating personalized learning experiences, matching teaching methods to individual learning styles, and boosting confidence through positive reinforcement.
