We have used Erica several times for care for my elderly parents. They can be challenging and she has done a great job balancing the needs. She would pickup curbside groceries for them, put groceries away, prepare some meals, handle some daily living tasks, and give me an update about what’s going on. She even made accommodations to help on short notice when we had an unexpected need for help. Very glad to have her as a resource.
