Erica was by far our best employee. She was kind, caring, attentive, and loving to all the children in our childcare program. She has a great rapport with kids and parents alike. Our kids love her and are excited to see her when she visits. She is very trustworthy, reliable, organized, and is ready to pitch in anyway she can. She is a wonderful caregiver.
