About Ericia

Hi Families I am career nanny & have been working with children since the age of 16. I hold a BA in Psychology, over 12 years of professional childcare experience as a teacher in addition to education Director, 14 years of experience working as a nanny/driver for children 0-17 years of age as well as 13 years of special needs care. My specialty skills provided to each family I work with includes organization of child spaces and consistent scheduled activities as they are key components to a positive and productive environment. I have extensive experience working with and creating age appropriate activities for different ages. I also collaborate with ABA therapist, speech and language pathologist, teachers and behavioral specialist to ensure maximum home development. My goal is to join with you to help build healthy and whole individuals.
