Erin seems like a very nice girl but she doesn't have much to say. When I interviewed her she did very little speak and didn't ask me no questions. Didn't even say hi to my kids.. I told her I didn't think she would fit the job I was looking for. Very quiet person I don't think a good fit for child care.
