Ewelina was almost a full hour late, didn't tell us she was going to be late, and never apologized for it. She did do a good job cleaning, but tried to ask for double the price we had agreed on. She did this after already starting the job. She tried to tell me I was going to have to pay 200 instead of 100 and then she left when I said no. She was clearly angry.
