Hello! I go by Mirah and I am passionate about supporting children's learning and development, working in partnership with parents to personalize the experience and share my passion and knowledge. I hold a bachelor's degree from UCB in social welfare, specializing in holistic child & family welfare, with a minor in education and a minor in early development/learning sciences. I have also completed the Resources for Infant Educarers (RIE) Foundations course with 2 years intensive RIE training and professional development under my belt. I aim to provide an experience that exceeds the developmental supports, connections with nature, and the broader world connections than what is feasible in a group care/day care/early childhood center. I hope to pack our days with developmentally appropriate but challenging (and importantly fun!) activities, memorable adventures, and slowed down moments of connection that nurture the natural curiosity and eagerness for learning of children in my care.
