About Farrah

My name is Farrah, I live in Winnabow but am from Boston, MA. I received my bachelor's degree in Communications and Media. I have cared for my Nonni in senior retirement, helping her organize, stand up and use her walker, help her to walk, spend time with her, and encourage healthier lifestyle choices. I am a yoga instructor and holistic practitioner and love to share my knowledge and wisdom about meditation, herbal medicine, breathing, mindfulness, gentle stretching and exercise, etc. I love reading, writing, art, going for walks in nature, bike riding, cooking and eating healthy.
