Hi there! I am a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with substantial experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. I am responsible & compassionate. I like working with kids because I have kids of my own and I understand the importance of keeping them safe. I'm looking for a job that allows me to care for children and help them develop. I started working with kids on the autism spectrum in 2018 as a behavioral therapist and have been loving helping them meet their developmental milestones at their own pace. I worked in school settings as well and have experience with all ages up to 18yrs old. In my spare time, I like to create visual tools to help other parents be proactive such as token boards, weekly schedules, meal planners etc. One thing you should know about me is that I am kind and fun but I also understand the importance of discipline and following rules. My skills include: patience, high level of communication, and keen problem solving skills.
