Fledge worked for us one or two days a week caring for our feisty aunt who had dementia. It was not an easy job. Fledge had a great sense of humor and was always very punctual. Her sister worked for us as well and we found both of them to be very caring, considerate and faithful in meeting the needs of our aunt as well as honoring our requests. They also sometimes worked out the schedule between them so that it was always covered, which was really nice since I was scheduling from out of town. Fledge is honest and hardworking and my only regret is that we never get to see her anymore because our loved one has since passed away. I give Fledge two thumbs up or five stars! Thank you,Fledge, for your service to our family.
