About Francesca

I'd describe my personality as very bubbly and friendly. I'm very likable and even if someone is nervous! I'm also a fun person to be around! I like working with kids because it's a passion of mine. I find it easy to understand the intellect of children. I'm very maternal and good with kids. I'm looking for a job that will be a side hustle on the side of my other job. I started working with kids when I was around 13, I did babysitting a lot. All of my actual jobs since have mostly been around kids. In my spare time, I like to read. I'm a big reader and I love to write. I am also a very outdoorsy person. One thing you should know about me is I am very good at what I do. I always try to give 110 percent at what I do. My skills include being able to keep up with children's needs and wants. Kids are always go go go and I'm very good at keeping up with that. I am for and first aide certified. And I am very good with attitude adjustment as well.
