About Frances

I spent 3 years working at a daycare primarily with 1-3-year-olds. My last nanny job was a year long starting at 3 months old. I also worked with a newborn for the first two years of her life. My approach is inspired by Montessori ideals that help establish independence and confidence. I actively engage in creative play, teaching sign language, & potty training. I am currently offering childcare services out of my home in Manayunk. My goal is to give any child in my care as much undivided attention as possible, to work on developmental milestones, and create a safe and fun environment. Socialization is important, so we have memberships at Kith + Kin & Rutabaga and attend as many story times, song circles, and baby meet ups as possible. My home has a Pikler, water table, mini trampoline, climbing blocks, baby pool, and many other fun toys to help development spread throughout two separate play spaces as well as a patio style roof.
