About Francette

I'd describe my personality as fun outgoing & optimistic. I like working with kids because they bring out the inner child in me. They remind me of the innocence within our selves while bringing out the joy. I'm looking for a job that is consistent. I started working with kids when I was 16. I've worked with an agency for about 11 years. I've also worked as a paraprofessional for the Department Of Education for about 5 years and have recently said goodbye to both jobs to pursue being a nanny. While at the DOE I was working for my current job on the weekends, when the family offered me a position full time. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym, do yoga and socialize with friends. One thing you should know about me is that I have amazing worth ethic and adore working with children. My skills include building off a child's strengths. Being able to have positive reinforcements and having fun while doing so.
