I'd describe my personality as bubbly, understanding, patient and creative. I like working with kids because I feel like I'm making a huge difference in their everyday routine. I admire children's energy, creativity, and resilience. By working with them I learn more about their imaginative sides, it keeps it me on my toes! I love that! Children motivate me in a way I can't explain. I have one myself, so I know that I was already made for this type of role. I started working with kids at age 16 when my mother opened up her own daycare business. Since young I've known how to change diapers and how to feed babies. After that I moved out of my moms place and had a variety of jobs. I found myself working at a daycare and I loved every bit of it. So I kept doing it for close friends and family. My skills include emotional intelligence, compassion, enthusiasm, active listening organization and critical thinking.
