In my current job as a caregiver, I work for private resident for years and I primary role is to provide direct care and support to patient in need such as observing and reporting. As a caregiver I play a crucial role in observing and documenting any changes in a patient's condition. This includes reporting any concerns or unusual symptoms to the healthcare team to ensure timely and appropriate interventions. I maintain a Safe environment and responsible for creating, maintaining and safe clean environment.
