About Genevieve

Hi! My name is Genna (like Jenna). I'm a rising sophomore at the University of Northern Colorado majoring in K-12 Theatre Education. I'm looking for some babysitting this summer while home from college before I start RA training in August! I am extremely comfortable cooking (and baking!!), I LOVE crafts, games, and fully appreciate quiet time when that's needed too. I've been babysitting on and off for 6 years and I am working towards a career in helping kids become their most confident selves through performing arts. I believe in compassionately supporting kiddos where they are at, while prioritizing safety and structure within their established routine. I have completed college coursework in lesson planning, classroom management, and child psychology, so I am confident in providing developmentally appropriate activities, encouragement, and discipline. I am extremely communicative, as I know it can be hard for ALL parties involved when the grownups are away.
