We hired Gina and we were super excited for her to start. Prior to beginning full time, we did a meet and greet along with a one week trial period (which she was paid for of course). The following week she worked one shift and 1 hour before our scheduled time to drop our newborn off, she cancelled stating it was too much for her body to handle. This would be understandable for us if she had to cancel one shift. Instead she let us know she wouldn't be watching our daughter ever again one hour before my shift was due to start. She dropped my daughters personal items off at the doorstep after informing us through text messages.It was not only unprofessional but hurtful. I ended up needing to resign from my position sadly. All this even after we expressed we were not only flexible with time but also willing to increase her pay. She's great but don't count on her being consistent nor her keeping her word. Side note: this form forces me to select what services she helped with but she provided services in her home so she did not help with those items.
