I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Natalie personally, but both my mother and fiancé had only great things to say about her. From the phone interview I knew that she was a great candidate, most especially because she took the time to personalize her message to me, and share more about her background. She is very sweet, attentive, and was really flexible when I needed her the most!
