About Hailey

I'd describe my personality as energetic, positive, and open! I like working with kids because they all have such unique personalities and are still trying to sort that out. Not only that, being around kids lets you be a little bit of a kid yourself! I started working with kids when I was as young as 13, just watching the kids of my parent's friends. I started my first real nannying job when I was 15 for about two years. I've been the go-to for friends, family, and coworkers ever since. In my spare time, I like to play Nintendo games with my family, rough house with my dog, spend time with my husband, and be in the mountains as much as possible. My skills include active listening and engaging in conversation with children of all ages (I'm semi-fluent in baby babble), managing big emotions, and conflict resolution between multiple children.
