About Hailey

Our family had the pleasure to have Hailey as our nanny for 6 hours each week day for the last two years. She started when my boys were one and two years old and now they are three and four! She lived through many major stages of development with our kids. She helped encourage our youngest to walk and survived potty training with us as well. Her education background helped our kids speech and knowledge about the world blossom. She is also a very skilled multitasker. She can make managing two young toddlers look easy. We are a military family and I worked full time. Hailey was the glue that kept our family supported and functioning to our highest level. She was a great role model and loving caregiver for my sons. She was and will always be a reliable and kind friend whom I keep close to my heart. She understood how to support a military family who was experiencing frequent deployments. She was always a great listener and very willing to problem solve developmental needs along the way. Hailey is a wonderful communicator and takes caring for children seriously. She is a constant and reliable caregiver who thrives on making positive connections. She was alway on time and positive, even when our toddlers weren't. We trusted her to drive my oldest to preschool and take both of our kids on in town adventures. She made time spent with my children fun. My boys love her and we will all continue to be grateful for our time with her. We wish her the best of luck in a new location and hope she can find another family to love and support the same way she did for ours!
