About Hailey

I am 20 years old. I like working with kids because seeing their growth and milestones make everything worth it to me. Building relationships and friendships with the kiddos and their families are very important to me. I started working with kids when my little cousins were born I watched them very occasionally. Once I was old enough to start working I worked in Daycare centers primarily with the toddler age. In my spare time, I like to hangout with my friends, I am a very outdoorsy person, I love being outside and I feel like outside time during the day is very important in a child's daily routine. One thing you should know about me is I'm a very tender loving person, It's very important to me that if mistakes are made, I own up to it and communicate that with parents. Communication with families is so so important on a daily basis.
